Your order may be dispatched in multiple shipments, and you will receive email updates with tracking numbers for each part. You will only be charged for delivery on the first shipment. The remaining items will arrive soon.

We offer a 7-day return policy, applicable only if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

• If the product value is above Rs. 5,000, an unboxing video is required as proof of the issue.
• Returns will be picked up by our rider at your convenience.
• Once the product is received and verified at Bagallery, your refund will be processed.
• Refunds can be issued as either a voucher or cash.
• Cash refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
• The product must be in its original condition — unopened, unused, and with original packaging intact.
• Undergarments are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.

All cash refunds are processed via bank transfer only and may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account after approval.
If you choose a refund voucher instead, it will be activated within 48 hours of your refund confirmation and can be used on your next purchase.
